The Conference Committee considering CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                          
66(FIN) and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 66(FIN)                                             
"An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses                                
of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and                                  
providing for an effective date" requests limited powers of free                                    
conference on the following specific points:

     Language Subject to Conference                                                                 
     Mental Health Capital Projects Subject to Conference                                           
                                                                                                    
Details listed in attached reports will be published in Senate and
